Reset Password for Employment Hero

To reset your password in the Employment Hero Work app:

  1. Log out of all Employment Hero accounts
  2. Tap on "reset password"
  3. Choose "WorkZone" for the account type
  4. Enter your email address & tap "Recover password"
  5. Follow the instructions in the email
    1. Check your spam folder if it doesn't come to your inbox
Note: It is preferrable to choose a different password for your HR & payroll accounts.
