Purpose: Online training

Timeframe: 1 week after completing Employment Hero onboarding

Initial setup & password resets: You will receive an email with instructions on how to setup your account. You can reset your password via the link in the initial setup email.

Access: NGO trainings can be accessed via https://sunnydaycarers-ngotrainingcentre.talentlms.com/

Or: Via the app “TalentLMS” available on iOS & Android.

Initial training: Over the first 6 months of employment, you will be assigned approximately 12 courses (in batches of 3). You have 3 weeks to complete each batch.

Working with children: To work in a group home containing children, you must complete an additional 3 courses.

Further training: Training can be assigned by your team leader or management. You will receive an email when you have been assigned any courses. Typically, you have a three week period to complete the training.
