Caremaster

Purpose: Software service for managing participant information and rostering.

Time frame: 1 week after completing Employment Hero onboarding

Key information: Company code 4004

Initial setup & password resets: There is a link at the sign-in page for first time logins & resetting forgotten passwords. IT cannot tell you your password, or reset it for you.

Creating shift reports: At the end of each shift, you should be creating a shift note for each participant. There is a template in the app, which is accessed here:

 

 Roster: Rosters are advertised through Caremaster. A notification will appear in your email, additionally all advertised supports are accessible by going to More and then Advertised Supports.

Note: it is the employees obligation to only accept shifts that comply with policies regarding maximum hours and breaks between shifts.

Issues:

Rosters not appearing Speak to TL first to ensure rosters have been assigned, then email IT.
